When Sparky is fused with her electric eel Cyber.Beast, she gains its electric abilities — becoming a sort of cyber mermaid.

Visual Description
Sparky reads as a sleek, aquatic-tech being — dark-skinned with a sharp profile and a high, vivid blue ponytail that streams back like it's caught in a current. She wears a form-fitting bodysuit: a dark grey upper section across the chest and shoulders that transitions into white-and-light-blue armored plating along the torso, hips, and legs. Her lower legs taper into ragged, fin-like blade extensions edged in pale blue (her "flukes"). Crackling blue energy sparks off her hand and trails along her body, and her usual pose is mid-float — weightless, as if suspended underwater.
Note on variations: Some renders show her with a more teal/cyan ponytail and a slim reflective visor/goggles; the BurstDrive images below show a brighter blue ponytail and no visible visor. Treat these as design iterations of the same character unless the author specifies otherwise.
"BurstDrive" Mode
Speculative — the author has not fully explained this. Inferred from three images labeled "Sparky Nystrom BurstDrive."
BurstDrive appears to name a state / mode / ability rather than just a costume — specifically the moment Sparky fuses with her electric eel Cyber.Beast and goes fully aquatic-electric.
- "Burst" — a sudden, explosive release. Fitting for a bioelectric character; eels deliver discharges in bursts, evoking stored charge let loose.
- "Drive" — propulsion and power. In an aquatic context this suggests thrust through water (a fin-driven burst of speed), and the sense of a powered mode being engaged.
Best guess: BurstDrive is her fused super-mode — the activated state where she channels the eel's bioelectric energy into explosive bursts, used both as offense (electric discharge) and as movement (a propulsive surge through water). The energy arcs trailing her hand and body across all three images look like the visual signature of this mode being active.

grey upper suit, glossier white plating, blue accents and ponytail popping
hardest against the neutral background. Leg armor segmentation is clearest, the
fin-blades crisp and dynamic, and the trailing electric energy reads clearly as
crackling current. Looks like the finalized BurstDrive form.
